The product is not fit for purpose,and trying to contact watchshop is like a lot of companies, waste of space,I'm to old to fight but I need legal help to deal with this as a result.

Lovely classic dress watch. Nice features and rose gold colour.

The watch is great, nice clean face and looks impressive.
The strap however caused consternation until my cool wife found video instructions on the internet
Until then I was very sure I was going to jump up and down on the watch, the strap and the box it came in - but it all worked
out and I find it quite easy now. Nurse has pulled back the screens.

Watch brilliant but the strap mechanism? after 10 mins trying I was about to jump up & down on the watch, strap and the box it came in when my cool wife found the video details on the internet - all is well and all is calm - nurse has drawn back the curtains

When viewing the product I was a little sceptical about the rose gold colour and how gold it looked. Regardless I still ordered the product and when I got it I was very pleased with the colour of the rose gold. It looks very classy and elegant, so it is sure to attract much attention from others. The strap is very well crafted and has a rigid feel to it as you would expect from a high quality watch. , with the colour of the dark brown accenting the rose gold superbly. However the clasp buckle can be a little tricky to use initially, but after some practice and getting to know it, it is very secure and comfortable. Overall the watch is very good value in money, being my first Tissot watch I expected high standards and that is exactly what was delivered by the brand.

After conducting some research into watches I wanted a Swiss brand but something affordable as most were out of my price range however I came across Tissot which is a very high quality and well respected Swiss brand in watch making and this was reflected by my first impressions of the product. Just by looking at the box and presentation I anticipated the watch was going to be of the highest quality and I was spot on.

The presentation box contains a 2 year guarantee, instructions and a little book of Tissot history which also includes other watches to buy by Tissot which is very well presented and just adds to the quality of the whole product.

Onto the watch itself and my first impressions on seeing it were that the watch was classy and sophisticated. The rose gold case around the dial and the colour of the hands/markings complemented the brown leather strap just perfectly. The Rose gold isn’t over the top and looks lovely and the sapphire crystal glass quality is just superb. The colour and look of the watch indicated that it’s much more expensive than it was. At first I thought the face looked a little big compared to previous watches I have owned but after a few days of wearing it I got use to it and it isn’t too big or oversized at all. The watch isn’t heavy either and is a joy to wear casually or with a suit as I feel it’s very versatile.

The watch has three buttons on the right hand side and the chronograph features a 30 minute counter, a 1/10th of a second counter and the big hand acts as a 60 second counter with the small hand in the bottom circle as the traditional second hand which is a little different but I soon got use to it. There is also a date function which I thought was a nice touch located between the 4 and 5 marks.

The only problem I had at first was fastening the strap as Tissot use a strap buckle butterfly clasp which was a little laborious but I soon worked it out. The strap imitates Alligator and looks very expensive. Once on it feels of the highest quality and wears really well.

So far the watch has kept the right time and the Swiss quartz works wonderfully.

I priced matched it from another site and Watch shop were very easy to deal with and gave me a little off the price further. Delivery was super fast and I would highly recommend using them again.

Overall this watch is pure class, sophisticated and very versatile I would highly recommend buying it and Watch shop were a pleasure to buy from.

As soon as you opened the box you were impressed by the look of the watch. The rose gold stands out very well with the brown strap complementing. The clasp on the strap does take a few attempts to get use to but the watch feels secure once on and also of very good quality. Would highly recommend to anyone viewing this watch.

I was admiring this watch for months. At first i was reluctant to buying such an expensive watch, but after much contemplating i finally made the decision to splash out. I do not regret it. Its a beautiful timepiece and i feel the part when i wear it! And as for the service, i chose watch shop because i knew my money would be safe and my watch would be in one piece. Was not disappointed. I probably shouldnt buy another cause my missus will kill me, but Ill definitely be buying another.

bought the watch for my son as a 21st present. he really likes the watch and as well as a Swiss movement watch, its a looker as well.
The website was easy to use and had a large variety of watches. Additionally, they priced matched the watch that was cheaper on another UK website.

I was very pleased with the service received and the speedy delivery. I will always log on to the Watch Shop in future. Excellent. Shame you dont order spares. I needed a larger strap from Tissot, but in the end had to go to a jewellers to order it.

I was on the lookout for a watch that shouted Quality and boy did I come up trumps with my choice of this Tissot watch. The superb service from Watch Shop ensured my watch arrived the next day, and like a kid at christmas I excitingly opened the package.
Watch Box : The box itself was impressive which unlike most packaging was one to keep. The drawers at the back of the box contained a 300 page book on the story of the company and a 100 page colour book on their latest watch collections. Inside, the watch was presented on a pillow and then contained within the two side pockets were the Tissot 2 year warranty, a warranty service book and the watch users manual.
Watch : The watch itself looks stylish and sophisticated and when worn is very comfortable and feels sturdy without being heavy and chunky. The white face compliments superbly with the rose gold surround and dials all protected with the sapphire crystal glass that is highly scratch resistant. As you would expect from a highly renowned Swiss brand, the watch is of a high quality and protected against impacts, temperature changes, water and dust to ensure years of perfect use.
Functions : Using the watch is simplicity itself, consisting of 3 buttons on the right hand side that control the watches functions. As well as the hour, minute and second hands, there is also a date indicator. There is also a 60 second counter hand, a 30 minute counter and a 1/10 second counter all of which of probally mostly superfluous but nevertheless add to the style of the watch. One thing to note is that the normal second hand is actually the 60 second counter hand and the seconds hand is within the bottom dial, a bit confusing but easy to use.
Watch Strap : The watch strap is a dark brown leather that perfectly compliments the gold and white of the watch face. It uses a clasp which feels very secure and will not become unclasped unless you un clip it. Probally my only gripe is that as I dont like a watch to be loose on my wrist, I struggle to get it over my wrist and having never used this type of clasp before did find it a bit fiddly before I got used to it.
To the watch purists, this will never be a truly high end watch like a rolex, but for the price paid nevertheless is a quality watch that has the wow factor and I love it.

A perfect watch. I was worried having seen a similar Hugo Boss watch owned by a friend that the face of this Tissot may be too big, but it is truly a fantastic size. The depth of the watch is also less than expected I think the 360 view on the product page makes the watch appear deceptively deep. The rose gold compliments the dark brown strap perfectly, and has led to many great comments since receiving the watch, with multiple remarks about how the rose gold is not too gold and therefore completely stops short of making the watch look tacky. The chronograph feature is also very nice. I could not recommend the watch more.

Perfect. Sophisticated and stylish. I have had so many compliments on this watch. Stylish strap with bracelet latch. The face is clear and easy to read. The stopwatch feature is classy. Even the box it comes in is of high quality! The rose gold is not too over the top and compliments the dial colour very well. I cannot take my eyes off of it!

It a very good watch, i loved it at the first sight. It looks very expensive, this golden color with brown leather is a perfect combination. You can wear it and with classic suits or with casual clothes. The leather quality is great. The possibility to see the date on the watch is a plus.
