I was sent a casio so it's hard to review this sekonda watch

This is not a robust watch; my first one stopped working when I knocked it against a metal climbing frame (after two year's use). I suspected the battery was low, so opened the back to find that one of the metal cogs was missing two teeth. However, it's cheap and very easy to read, hence why I bought another.

I love this watch and bought it as a gift for a friend for his 50th birthday. He also loved the watch and was delighted with the gift. The watch has a retro style, cream face, old fashioned pointers and large numerals and generally looks great. It has a khaki canvas strap and an illuminous face, great product. Sadly unable to say the same for the Watch Shop itself which let me down badly on delivery and after sale service!

Excellent, comfortable watch which works well as with leisure clothes and business clothes. Robust strap holds up to a lot of wear and tear and coordinates well with watch. Oh, and it keeps excellent time too.

My second watch like this. Like them a lot.

Good watch and exactly as expected. Strap is rather stiff but will probably loosen with wear.

This is the second time I have purchased this model. Reason being that I loved the first one but when it eventually broke I was delighted to find that the model was still available. Watch Shop appeared to have the most competitive price and the service was spot on!! Great!!

The watch is 1st class apart from the strap being a bit stiff and not as flexable as i would of like but the service from tje watch shop was 1st class could not falt it

Nice watch, good price, simple and easy to use and easy to see with a big dial.

Easy to read dial just what I need, Excellent price, the watch strap is on the short side had to put an extra hole in the strap to make it fit,bit slow for delivery was not next day as stated but overall very satisfied would recomend buying watches from watchshop.

Excellent value for money. Obviously everything is a matter of taste but I really liked the style and look of this watch. As a very low cost option, comparable to buying a watch from a supermarket, I am very happy with the quality. The strap is a little short and I have to use the first hole which means that if your wrist is larger than 20cm you may need a new strap.

My son loves his watch. I love your prices and excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend you!

As expected, nice watch. As others have said the strap is very very short, and I have the wrists of a small child! It is only readable in the dark for about half an hour, and the date window is so small I havent even bothered to set it.

I bought this model watch several years ago. I liked the design, the look and feel of it, and the value, it did all I needed for a watch, so when it was damaged I had no hesitation in replacing it with the same again!

This is a great looking watch! Its a little stiff at first, but thats to be expected, and especially for myself, as I wasnt used to wearing a watch. The face is very clear in the daylight, and at night the hands and dots beside each number glow in the dark this doesnt last into the night unfortunately. The inner and outer strap are glued tightly together and stitched either side too. As the strap is made out of material, it doesnt feel like it will last that long if continually worn in the shower each day and I dont like the feeling of a wet strap on my wrist throughout the morning after showering either, so I take it off each evening before going to sleep as I get hot wearing it in bed for some reason and put it back on the next morning after my shower.

Overall this is a great looking watch and after a few days to a week it has softened up and is barely noticeable on my wrist, i.e. its comfortable too.

The strap is short and stiff, Im on the last hole, if youre over 6 foot I doubt it will be long enough.
This watch is easy to read and the glass is set below the stainless surround which should stop me chipping the edge again.
Still happy with my choice.

I bought one of these watches at the airport when going on a climbing holiday, so I did not bash my expensive watch about. Have always loved it and needed a new strap. Then found that they were still available for peanuts and had to have a new one. Keep the old one for my dirtiest jobs! Very robust and terrific value.

I bought my first Seconda Aviator as we were going on holiday 2 1/2 years ago. The main requirements were easy to read and rugged. Since then it has been worn constantly in in such places as tropical jungles in Costa Rica, offshore sailing, Ukraine, Turkey, India. Burmah, Singapore, various European capitals, etc. It has been worn during demolition, building, gardening, dusty woodwork and all sorts of DIY activitties. It always keeps perfect time and looks fine. The strap is perfectly good and the face is still as good as new. I have just bought another of the same model for best and in case anything goes wrong the battery must run down sometime? - it is difficult to tell if I am wearing the old or new one!

This a simple watch just what I wanted with a very clear and large face. Despite its size it is light and comfortable to wear. The strap was a little stiff at first but soon became flexible once worn a few times.

An exact replacement for one I have been very please with for several years. A easy to read functional watch.

I love the large simple and easy to read face no silly little dials which you struggle to see here. The cream face fits well with the green strap too making it look a little retro the date sits at the bottom of the face and is a bit small but easy to read with luminous hands and dots a bonus. Sekonda is a good brand with a great price for such a good quality item you will not be dissapointed with buying this watch.

Yes, a great watch with a dial that you can read very clearly. I like th`e colour khaki green. It does what it is supposed to do: tell the time and is a good solid fashion accessory and tool.

The Watch is fine but the strap is far too small for an average British Wrist. Sekonda will do nothing about this so I am obliged to purchase a replacement at a local jeweller. FDor this reason I would never recommen Sekonda to anyone unless they have skinny wrists!

This watch is awesome! I love it. I have G-Shock, R512 and now this one and I dont want to take it off. Its hands are good observing, besides they are fluorescentive. Size of the clock is perfect. Not a brick like G-Shock and bigger than Swatch. (Im skinny).

The only thing with this watch that I do not totally like is that its stap is kinda not elastic enough. But i think its totally OK for the aviator watch.

This is a very good looking watch. It is a great size, colour contrast and graphic display for at-a-glance time keeping. I have added a better watch strap in deep-red leather, which looks superb and is not the same fumble to fasten. It would be better if the crown were screw-down, as it can be accidentally pulled out on a sleeve. Great value for money.

This is a good looking watch that looks more expensive that it is. It has a military look that can fit easily with many styles. I find it comfortable to wear and my girlfriend likes to wear it too!

nice smart easy to read work watch great if like me you require reading glasses but your normal vision is fine ,quick delivery with price saving on the high street price .

A really interesting watch. I love the large cream face which provides a very pleasing contrast against the white hands. The strap isn't particularly comfortable but, at this price, who can complain.

Really nice watch for the money. It's got quite a wide face which gives it a nice chunky look even though it's not that thick. Sits nice on the wrist, and is light, you'll forget you're wearing it.



The strap is comfortable, and is leather backed which is unusual for this kind of Canvas/NATO strap.



I bought the watch for when I'm out shooting, I wanted something cheapish, reliabale and tough, and this certainly fits the bill, keeps great time too.



It looks even better when paired with a double thickness dark brown leather strap.

An excellent large man's watch. Nice off white face and the watch is not adorned. Nice and simple. Does its job and keeps excellent time, easy to change the date, very robust, nice hard wearing strap.
